RSS-BJP rulers and their subservient bureaucracy and media are celebrating India replacing Japan as the 4th largest economy of the world. How farcical this is to be seen and believed. Nobody from the ruling elite is telling us if we have surpassed Japanese economy have we achieved the parameters of the Japanese economy too? Please look at the following approximate facts gathered from official sources to know the truth.

 PER CAPITA INCOME IN RUPEES

India's current per capita income stands at approximately $2,880 (INR 2,45,620.22, annually which comes to INR 20468 per month). In contrast, Japan, has a per capita income of $33,900 (INR 28,90,776.74 annually which comes to INR 240898 per month).

JAPAN’S LOAN TO INDIA

India's external debt, including that to Japan, was $646.8 billion as of December 2023. Japan is one of India's leading lender countries, accounting for approximately 11% ($71.1 billion) of India's total external debt. 

Japan owes no money to India.
